From Utica & The East
NYS Thruway (I-90) take exit 31 Utica. Bear right onto Genesee Street North, then right (at 1st light) onto Auert Avenue. Take right onto 1st Exit off Auert (Route 790). Stay in left lane and follow the signs for Route 49 West to Rome, (about 15 miles). Follow Rt. 49 heading West through Rome. Just past Lowe's, Rt. 49 will turn left. Take that left. Fort Rickey will be 2 1/2 miles on your right. (about 20 minutes from Utica).
From Verona & the East
Take Thruway (I-90), exit 33 at Verona. From Thruway, turn right onto Rt. 365 for 1 mile, then left onto Rt. 31. Go six miles and turn right onto Rt. 46. Go 9 miles and Fort Rickey will be on your left.
From Syracuse & the West
Take Thruway
Exit 34 at Canastota. From the exit, stay right onto Rt. 13 and head
north for 5.5 miles to Rt. 31. Turn right onto Rt. 31 and head East
for 3.5 miles to Rt. 46. Turn left onto Rt. 46 and head north for
nine miles, Fort Rickey will be on your left.
